In the unlikely event of a return, Customers can initiate a return of items up to 30 days after the delivery date. Returned items must meet the following requirements:
(1) The item is not marked as Final Sale, and the item is not on Decovo's list of Non-Returnable Products and Product Categories, which includes earrings, select personal care items, grocery products, and gift cards.
(2) The item is unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
At this time Decovo does not process exchanges, only returns, replacements and refunds.
As long as the item(s) are eligible for return, Decovo will automatically authorize the return and generate a pre-paid USPS return shipping label for the customer.
Starting in 2018, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
This return policy ensures that Retail Partners on Decovo are offering a competitive, consumer-friendly policy that is in line with other retail channels available to customers.
Most Retail Partners list their products as returnable under Decovo's Return Policy. If you prefer to list your products as Final Sale, however, you will have the option of selecting this when setting up your account. You reserve the right to change your products' return policy at any time. Changes you make to the return policy of your products will affect orders placed after the date of the applicable change.
