Decovo receives every order and conducts a fraud check before transmitting that order and shipping information to you, the Retail Partner, for fulfillment. In order for you to earn credit for the sale, you must notify Decovo when the product has been shipped and provide full shipping and tracking information to Decovo via API (if connected through a custom integration), via Shopify (if connected through Shopify), or via email (if connected through spreadsheet). Tracking numbers must be unique for each shipment.
