What happens if a return is damaged in transit?

In the event that a product arrives damaged in the return, proof of damage will be required. Please keep all packaging and item(s) in the condition they arrived and notify us at support@decovo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will reimburse you for your loss if the claim is successful.
