How do I set up a return?

Decovo purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) by mail using our pre-paid return shipping label. To verify that your return is refundable and/or to process your return, please Email Us. Please include the order number for the item you would like to return. If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your Order Confirmation email.

Once you've submitted a return request, you will receive an email from us with an approved Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number or a denial within 48 hours. Reasons or additional instructions will be provided with any denials. All items must be returned with the RGA number that we provide via email. Items returned without an RGA number may experience credit delays. The RGA helps us track your return and associates it with your order number.

We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for returning the item for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees). This label must be used in order for your return to be processed correctly. Know that we’re unable to accept returns for orders that are damaged or missing in transit. 

Please repack the item(s) very well and prepare them for shipment (we strongly recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization number we sent via e-mail. Print and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop your shipment off at the appropriate pick-up facility.

When you return your purchase to Decovo and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item. Items may not be returned, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Therefore, please ensure that you leave adequate time (at least 2 weeks) for the package to be delivered to us. Items shipped to Decovo outside of the returns window may not be returned to you. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
 
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
