All customer communications and return management are handled by Decovo. In the event that a customer wishes to return an item, the customer will initiate a return request with Decovo. We ask that you honor all return requests made within the timeframe stated on Decovo. Decovo will then reach out to you on the customer’s behalf to obtain return shipping information and any other information needed to complete the return. Please provide Decovo with this information within 24 hours of Decovo contacting you regarding the return request. The customer will then ship the item directly to you. Rest assured, Decovo requires all customers to send their returns tracked. As soon as you have received the return shipment from the customer, we ask that you please inspect the shipment and contact us within 24 hours to confirm that the return has been received and approved. Decovo will then issue the refund to the customer’s original payment method. In the event of a return, you will not receive payment for the returned item.
