Who is responsible for managing returns and communicating with the customer?

All customer communications and return management are handled by Decovo. In the event that a customer wishes to return an item, the customer will initiate a return request with Decovo. Decovo will then reach out to you on the customer’s behalf to obtain return shipping information and any other information needed to complete the return. The customer will ship the item directly to you. As soon as you have received the return shipment from the customer, we ask that you please inspect the shipment and contact us to confirm that the return has been received and approved.
