What is your return policy?

Our Return Policy
 
We guarantee that the quality of products will meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return by emailing Decovo Customer Support at support@decovo.com. We ask only that the products returned are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Products marked final sale are unable to be returned. Please check the item’s product page to determine whether the product is final sale.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Purchases can be easily returned by mail using our pre-paid USPS return shipping label. The cost to ship the item(s) back will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return was a result of our error. If the reason for the return is that the incorrect item(s) were shipped or item(s) arrived faulty, damaged or defective, or the item(s) were not as described, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, or any applicable import duties, unless the return was a result of our error.

The products that you purchase through Decovo should arrive in perfect condition. If you feel that anything in your order is damaged or defective, please email Decovo Customer Support within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Please include your order number in your email. Proof of damage will be required prior to Decovo being able to arrange for a replacement. Make sure to keep all packaging and item(s) in the condition they arrived.

How Do I Return An Item?

To verify that your return is refundable and/or to process your return, please email Decovo Customer Support. Know that we’re unable to accept returns for orders that are damaged or missing in transit.

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Item(s) shipped to Decovo outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

Decovo will provide you with a pre-paid USPS shipping label for returning the item. This label must be used in order for your return to be processed correctly. Decovo will not assume responsibility for replacement or reimbursement if the provided shipping label is not used and the package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. The cost to ship the item(s) back will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return was a result of our error. If the reason for the return is that the incorrect item(s) were shipped or item(s) arrived faulty, damaged or defective, or the item(s) were not as described, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.

We will notify you by email once your return has been received. After your return has been inspected and approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), less any applicable return shipping charges and/or discounts, to your original payment method. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

How Do I Return A Gift?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

I'm Missing Items From My Order. What Should I Do?

Since products are shipped directly from our Retail Partners, your purchases may arrive in more than one package. Please view your order details in your order confirmation email to verify which product(s) may have shipped separately. Products with different estimated arrival dates are shipped in separate packages. If all of your shipments have been delivered and you are still missing items from your order, please contact Decovo Customer Support immediately.
