We guarantee that the quality of our products will meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return it. We ask only that the products returned are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Products marked final sale are unable to be returned. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings. Please check the items’s product page to determine whether the product is final sale.
Decovo.com purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) by mail using our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures here). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, or any applicable import duties, unless the return was a result of our error.
The products that you purchase on Decovo.com should arrive in perfect condition. If you feel that anything in your order is damaged or defective, please Contact Us immediately.
Given the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges.
How to Return An Item?
To verify that your return is refundable and/or to process your return, please Email Us or call us at: +1 (855) 941-0202 M-F 8am-5pm PST. Know that we’re unable to accept returns for orders that are damaged or missing in transit.
When you return your purchase to Decovo.com and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item. Items may not be returned, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. Therefore, please ensure that you leave adequate time (at least 2 weeks) for the package to be delivered to us. Items shipped to Decovo outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
