All orders ship for FREE.
Orders ship within 2 business days of order placement using one of the following shipping methods: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You will receive an email from Decovo Customer Support with the order tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. Your Estimated Arrival Date will be included in this email.
Products that you purchase may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one fee is charged for your entire order.
If you need a particular product sooner, please Contact Us and we will try our hardest to accommodate expedited processing and/or shipping requests.
Where do you ship?
Decovo ships to street addresses, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
What if I want to send a gift?
Easy! Before checking out, tick the box in your basket that says "Is this a gift?" and your recipient will receive a gift receipt that doesn't include prices. When you tick the box, you will also be given the option of writing a short note to the gift recipient, which will be printed on the gift receipt. We want to be sure your experience is extra special, so please don't hesitate to contact us with any special requests and we'll happily try our best to accommodate.
